In today’s business world, it’s all about monopoly.
The biggest companies in the world are always looking for new ways to increase their market share, and one of the most popular methods is to merge with or acquire other companies.
Microsoft is currently in the process of trying to acquire gaming giant Activision Blizzard, and the European Union has issued a formal warning to the software giant over the potential merger.
The EU is concerned that the merger could give Microsoft too much control over the gaming market, and they’re worried that it could lead to higher prices and less choice for consumers.
Microsoft is confident that they can address the EU’s concerns, but it’s still early days in the process, and it remains to be seen how this all plays out.
