It’s become pretty clear at this point that Apple has something big planned for its iPhone line in 2024. We’ve seen a few different rumors suggesting that the company is working on an ultra high-end model that would sit above even the current Pro Max in terms of specs and features.

Now, a new report from Bloomberg corroborates these rumors, and adds a few new details. According to the report, the so-called “iPhone Ultra” will be a usd phone with a 6.7-inch display. That’s larger than the current Pro Max, but smaller than the rumored 7.5-inch display that was previously rumored for the device.

However, the biggest difference between the Ultra and the current iPhone lineup will be its price. The device is said to start at a whopping $1,399, which is $200 more than the Pro Max.

Of course, it’s possible that the Ultra won’t be the only new high-end iPhone in 2024. According to the report, Apple is also considering a new “iPhone Fold,” which would be a foldable smartphone with a 7.5-inch display.

It’s unclear if the Fold is still in active development, or if it’s even something that Apple is seriously considering. However, the fact that the company is even exploring the idea shows that it’s open to experimenting with new form factors for its flagship device.

No matter what Apple has in store for its 2024 iPhone lineup, it’s sure to be an exciting year for the company. We’ll just have to wait and see what the final products end up looking like.
