We’ve been playing with the Razer Edge for a while now and we have to say, we’re impressed. The gaming laptop is a beast, packing some serious power under the hood. It’s also got a nice, large display and a comfortable keyboard.

But there’s one thing that’s been bugging us about the Edge and that’s its price. At $1,599, it’s not exactly cheap. In fact, it’s one of the most expensive gaming laptops on the market.

So, is the Razer Edge worth the asking price? We’re not sure. It’s a great piece of hardware, but it’s also very expensive. If you’re looking for a gaming laptop, there are cheaper options out there.

That said, the Razer Edge does have one trick up its sleeve: it can be used as a portable console. That’s right, with the right accessories, the Edge can be turned into a handheld gaming device.

The idea is simple: the Edge has a built-in dock that allows you to connect it to a TV or monitor. But you can also undock it and take it with you. When you want to play a game, just pop it out of the dock and away you go.

It’s a neat concept, but it’s not perfect. For one, the Edge is a bit too big to be comfortable as a portable console. It’s also not as powerful as a dedicated handheld gaming device like the Nintendo Switch.

But if you’re looking for a gaming laptop that can double as a portable console, the Razer Edge is worth considering. Just be aware that it’s not cheap.
