Opera has announced a new feature powered by ChatGPT that allows users to ‘shorten’ articles for easier reading. The new feature is currently available in the beta version of the Opera browser and will be rolled out to the stable version in the coming weeks.

This is a welcome addition for those who find themselves frequently skimming through long articles online. With the new feature, users will be able to see a summary of an article without having to read through the entire thing.

The summary will be generated by ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence system that has been trained on a large number of articles. It is designed to identify the key points in an article and generate a summary that is shorter and easier to read.

This is not the first time that opera has integrated artificial intelligence into its browser. Last year, the company launched a feature that used AI to recommend articles based on your browsing history.

The new feature is currently available in the beta version of the Opera browser and will be rolled out to the stable version in the coming weeks.
