WhatsApp rolling out update for its iPhone app with picture

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world, with over 1.5 billion monthly active users. The app is constantly adding new features to keep users engaged, and its latest update includes a much-requested feature: picture-in-picture (PiP) for video calls.
The update, which is currently rolling out to users, allows you to continue watching a video call even if you switch to another app. PiP is a handy feature that lets you multitask while still being able to see and hear the person you’re talking to.
To use PiP, simply tap the minimize button in the top-right corner of the screen during a video call. The call will then shrink down into a small window that you can move around on your screen. You can continue to use WhatsApp while the call is active, or you can switch to another app.
If you want to end the call, just tap the close button in the PiP window.
The addition of PiP for video calls is a welcome addition for WhatsApp users. It’s a great way to stay connected with friends and family while still being able to get work done or multitask.
