Kuo: Apple to Launch High
to discuss game-changing hardware coming from Apple
Apple is set to launch a new version of its headset in 2025, and this time, there will be two models to choose from: a high-end option and a low-end option. This news comes from well-connected analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has a solid track record when it comes to Apple predictions.
The high-end headset will be aimed at delivering an “immersive AR/VR experience” with “high resolution and field of view.” It will also have eye-tracking and motion-sensing capabilities, along with a new display technology that Apple is apparently working on. This all sounds very impressive, but it will come at a price – Kuo expects the high-end headset to cost around $3,000.
The low-end headset, on the other hand, will be more focused on AR features and will be more affordable, with a price tag of around $300. This is still quite expensive, but it’s a lot more reasonable than the high-end option.
