Sons of the Forest Pistol: How to get the Pistol

To get the Pistol, simply head to the rocky area west of the starting area and look for a small cave. Enter the cave and you’ll find the Pistol on a corpse.
As for Turtle Shells, these can be found in the water around the starting area. To use them, simply equip them and press the use button when prompted.
Finally, the Mutant Girl’s Dress can be found in the northernmost part of the map. Just follow the path until you reach a small hut. Inside the hut, you’ll find the dress on a corpse.
