from the perspective of a seasoned tech blogger:
This week’s Sunday Puzzle from NPR is a challenge to take the six given words and make a new word or phrase by reversing two of the words. As a seasoned tech blogger, I was up for the challenge and found the answers to be quite interesting.
The first clue, “a place to worship,” was easily solved with the answer “church.” The second clue, “a kind of bread,” took a bit more thinking, but I eventually arrived at the answer “pita.”
For the third clue, “a method of transportation,” I initially thought of the word “car,” but after reversing the first and last letters, I realized that the answer was actually “train.” The fourth clue, “sits on a throne,” was also fairly straightforward and I arrived at the answer “king.”
For the fifth clue, “a container for milk,” I considered the word “bottle,” but after reversing the letters, I realized that the correct answer was actually “jug.” Finally, for the sixth clue, “a word meaning ‘the end,'” I initially thought of the word “death,” but after reversing the letters, I realized that the correct answer was actually “life.”
Overall, this was a challenging but fun puzzle, and I’m looking forward to next week’s challenge.
