Microsoft has long been a pioneer in the world of artificial intelligence (AI), and the company is now aiming to bring this cutting-edge technology to the business world with its new line of AI tools.

The new tools, which are part of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 suite, are designed to help businesses automate tasks that are currently performed manually, such as customer service and data analysis.

Microsoft is also hoping that its new AI tools will help businesses to better understand their customers, by providing them with insights that would otherwise be unavailable.

In a blog post, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for Dynamics 365, Brad Smith, wrote: “We believe that AI will enable every company to become a digital company, and that every line of business will need AI capabilities.”

Smith added that the new AI tools would help businesses to “free up employees’ time so they can focus on higher-value work”.

Microsoft’s new AI tools are based on its ChatGPT platform, which is already used by a number of businesses, including Walmart and Capital One.

The tools are being released at a time when there is increasing interest in the use of AI in the business world.

A recent report from Gartner found that the number of businesses using AI will quadruple by 2020.

As well as helping businesses to automate tasks, Microsoft’s new AI tools will also provide them with the ability to interact with customers through natural language.

This will allow businesses to provide customer service through chatbots, which can understand and respond to customer queries.

Microsoft’s new AI tools will also allow businesses to analyse data to identify trends and patterns.

This data can then be used to improve the products and services that businesses offer to their customers.

Microsoft is not the only company that is looking to use AI to help businesses.

Google, Amazon, and IBM are also working on AI tools that will help businesses to automate tasks and improve their customer service.
