Starfield release delayed until September, showcase scheduled for June | VGC
Starfield, Bethesda’s long-awaited space RPG, has finally got a firm release date: September 7th, later this year. The game was originally announced back in 2018, during E3, and has been in development ever since.
This news comes to us courtesy of a recent Bethesda Softworks blog post, in which the company detailed its plans for the game’s marketing campaign. In addition to the September release date, we also know that there will be a “Starfield Gameplay Showcase” on June 14th during this year’s E3 conference.
This is certainly exciting news for fans of Bethesda’s work, as the company has a long history of making excellent RPGs. However, it’s worth noting that the game has been delayed multiple times already, so there’s always a chance that it could be pushed back again.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all the latest Starfield news as it comes in. In the meantime, be sure to check out the teaser trailer for the game, which was released back in 2018.
