Microsoft’s Bing Surpasses 100 Million Daily Active Users

Microsoft’s Bing search engine has now officially surpassed 100 million daily active users, according to the company. This milestone comes after years of playing second-fiddle to Google, and is thanks in large part to recent investments in artificial intelligence.
Bing’s success is indicative of a larger trend in the tech industry towards the use of AI. In particular, chatbots have become increasingly popular as a way to provide users with information in a more natural way.
Interestingly, much of Bing’s recent growth has come from outside of the United States. In fact, the majority of its users now come from countries like China, India, and Brazil.
This is likely due to the fact that Bing is powered by Microsoft’s Cortana AI assistant, which is available in many different languages.
It will be interesting to see if Bing can continue to grow at its current pace. If it can, then it may one day pose a serious threat to Google’s dominance in the search engine market.
