Over the past few years, Microsoft Word has continued to add new and improved features that make it one of the most versatile word processing programs available. The latest addition is a set of keyboard shortcuts for zooming in and out of document pages.

To use the new keyboard shortcuts, simply press the Alt key and scroll up or down with the mouse wheel. Alternatively, you can press Alt+Ctrl and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out. These shortcuts are available in the latest versions of Word for Windows and Mac.

If you’re not a fan of using the mouse wheel to zoom, Microsoft has also added a new shortcut for zooming to the Paste Text Only command. To use this shortcut, simply press Alt+Shift+V. This will paste the text of your document without any formatting changes.

Overall, these new shortcuts are a welcome addition to Word. They make it easier to zoom in and out of documents without having to use the ribbon interface. And the new Paste Text Only shortcut is a handy way to quickly remove unwanted formatting from copied text.
