It looks like Samsung is cheating on ‘space zoom’ moon photos

As of late, there has been much discussion in the tech world about Samsung’s possible “cheating” on space zoom moon photos. This debate was sparked by a recent Reddit post which has since gone viral. Many people are wondering if Samsung is actually guilty of faking these moon shots, or if they are simply the victim of poor lighting and angle choices.
It is certainly true that the images in question do not look completely realistic. The moon looks unnaturally large and close, and the background stars are barely visible. However, it is important to remember that these are phone shots, and not professional photographs. With that being said, it is entirely possible that Samsung was simply trying to show off the capabilities of their new phone camera and did not intend to deceive anyone.
Of course, this is all just speculation at this point. Until Samsung releases an official statement, we will not know for sure what the truth is. In the meantime, it is still fun to speculate!
