As one of the most well-known and well- respected companies in the tech industry, it should come as no surprise that Apple is always looking to stay ahead of the curve. And while they may not always be first to market with the latest and greatest gadgets and gizmos, they always manage to make a splash when they do release something new.
One of the most highly anticipated upcoming releases from Apple is their VR/AR headset. And while there have been rumors and speculation about this product for years, it looks like we may finally see it come to fruition in 2023.
According to a recent report from CNET, the Cupertino company is hard at work on this cutting-edge piece of tech and it is expected to feature some impressive specs, including a 5K display, eye-tracking, and hand-tracking.
While there is no word yet on pricing or an official release date, the CNET report claims that Apple is under “huge pressure to ship” the headset, so we may see it sooner than we think.
As someone who has been following the tech industry for years, I am beyond excited for this product. Apple has a history of changing the game with their releases and I have no doubt that this headset will be no different.
