When it comes to music streaming apps, there are few that can rival YouTube Music in terms of sheer popularity. And with good reason – the app offers a comprehensive library of tracks and videos, along with some unique features that other platforms simply don’t offer.

One of the most recent additions to the YouTube Music app is the ability to automatically download ‘recently played songs’. This is a handy feature for those times when you want to listen to music offline, but don’t have the time (or bandwidth) to download individual tracks.

To access this feature, simply head to the ‘Settings’ menu and toggle the ‘Auto-download recently played songs’ option. Once this is enabled, the app will automatically download any songs that you’ve played in the past 30 days (provided you have a data connection, of course).

This is a great addition for YouTube Music users, and is sure to come in handy for those times when you need to save data or want to listen to music offline.
