It’s no secret that The Last of Us Part 1’s PC port is far from perfect. In fact, it’s been plagued with problems since launch.
However, that hasn’t stopped people from buying and playing the game. In fact, it’s currently the second most popular game on Steam.
Despite this, the game is still getting slammed by reviewers on Steam. At the time of this writing, the game has a ‘Mostly Negative’ review score, with over 4,000 reviews.
Here’s a sampling of what people are saying:
“The port is a buggy mess.”
“A console port done poorly.”
“Unoptimized, buggy, and not worth your time.”
“Definitely do not recommend this port.”
As you can see, the reviews are pretty brutal.
It’s worth noting that not everyone is having problems with the game. In fact, some people are enjoying it.
However, the vast majority of people seem to be unhappy with the state of the port.
Hopefully, Naughty Dog will address the issues soon. In the meantime, if you’re thinking about buying the game, you might want to wait for a patch or two.
